Sorry to report more gas canisters containing nitrous oxide found in the park shelter.
Police, your local Councillors and Hyndburn Borough Council informed.
The government has made possession of nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, a criminal offence in England and Wales. Its use soared during the pandemic, becoming one of the most-abused substances, especially by 16 to 24-year-olds. The ban was designed to tackle anti-social behaviour.
8th April 2024
