These are just some of the beautful images that will be on display in the park during April 2024.
Local community artist Cath Ford has been working with children from St. Bartholomew’s Primary School on the designs . Cath has worked with the school since November 2023 and has, amazingly, worked with every class and year in the school! Well done Cath and thank you.
The theme for the artwork is the community, physical, and environmental heritage of the park itself. You will be been blown away by how beautiful the images are. Cath and the children have worked incredibly hard on the project, and we can’t wait for everyone to see the decorative images go on dislay next month
Some of the pictures will be used to screen the Cenotaph whist the restoration takes place during March & April
August 24 - all 40 images went on display for 1 week during the "picnic in the Park Event" The were fixed ro the new fence at Blossom Ave.
Nov 24 - 2 images were selected for display at the Cenotaph for the rededication service and Remembrance Sunday
